Non-Refundable Items
- Services already rendered
- Downloaded materials after 3 days
- Courses with more than 20% completion
Refund Process
- Submit refund request to contact@brainyvoyage.com
- Include your order number and reason
- We will respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via PhonePe.
Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical errors on our part
- Documented inability to access purchased content
